Walnut Ridge High School (Columbus) RB Brandon Rice (5-8, 176) is rated as the 44th best prospect in the 2009 class for the state of Ohio and is the 25th best all-purpose back in the country. “Hopefully Ohio offers me,” Rice said Saturday. - Redshirt freshman forward Maurice Pearson has been suspended indefinitely from the men’s basketball team at Ohio University following an altercation last Wednesday, Sept. 24. Public records show Pearson was charged with assault, aggravated menacing and inducing panic. He has plead not guilty to all three charges. Continue Reading
