-  Ohio junior Allie LaForce will be next year’s host of Bobcat Blitz, a weekly show covering Ohio football.

-  The Ohio hoops team will be recognized at the Ohio state capitol on May 11.

-  Ohio University will be extremely busy on Saturday.  Along with the football spring game at 2 p.m., softball hosts Buffalo at 2 p.m. and baseball takes on Bowling Green at 3 p.m.

-  Expect a lot of news to come out of John Groce’s post-season press conference Thursday afternoon at 3 p.m.

-  With the reported departure of women’s basketball players Maxine Ohakim, Da’Keisha Mann and Danielle Woodmore, the 2010-11 season will feature strictly head coach Semeka Randall recruits.  The Sylvia Crawley era is over.

-  The departed trio just magnifies how good both transfers Alesia Howard (UMASS) and Tenesia Benson (Cincinnati) must be next season.
